Twelve seriously overweight contestants who believe they have signed up for a weight-loss program to take place inside a posh mansion receive the shock of their lives when fitness trainers Steve Pfiester and Lorrie Henry reveal the truth: The group is going to walk more than 570 miles from Boston to Washington, D.C., in pursuit of a prize pool of $1.2 million. But there's none of that insulting business about ``voting off'' other players. In fact, the more people who finish in the allotted time, the larger the pot each player wins. Participants can expel a member who they think is holding them back from reaching their goal, but each time someone is eliminated, the potential prize money for each remaining competitor drops by $10,000.
