Premise of 'Rules of Engagement'

A half-hour comedy about the different phases of male/female relationships, as seen through the eyes of a newly engaged couple -- Adam and Jennifer. Their friends include long-time married pair Jeff and Audrey and a womanizing singleton named Russell. As Adam and Jennifer find out, the often-confusing stages of a relationship can seem like a ride on a roller coaster; folks can describe it to you, but you have to take the trip for yourself to really know what it's like.
