Detective Jack Frost unravels crimes and finds the perpetrators. Based on the novels by R.D. Wingfield, Frost is always on edge with his superiors, a result of his out-of-the-box flatfoot techniques. The well-meaning Frost does have a big heart, and cares about the people around him.
