Raja befriends a girl named Mindy, feeling that she is unfairly ostracized by others, but after spending a day with her, he realizes she is truly annoying; Gary and Franny hit it off with their new neighbors, Ted and Lisa.
The Tolchucks prepare to fly to Vancouver for a vacation, but when Raja begins praying at the airport, they are questioned and must postpone the trip; afraid that the family resents him, Raja asks to be placed with a new one.
