Premise: Actress-singer-dancer Jean Louisa Kelly (''Yes, Dear'') joins seven-time U.S. National Latin Dance Champion Ron Montez to co-host the annual competition in Columbus, Ohio, where 24 world-class couples compete across four dance styles -- American Smooth, American Rhythm, International Standard and International Standard -- in pursuit of the title ''America's Best.''
