Premise: ``Best Ink'' returns for its second season with a new host -- Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz -- and new group of 12 tattoo artists competing for a prize package that includes $100,000 and a cover story in Tattoo magazine. In each episode the artists face challenges, some of which feature cutting-edge tattooing styles that include animated tattoos, and are critiqued by the judging panel -- head judge Joe Capobianco, model Sabina Kelley and new judge Hannah Aitchison -- and celebrity guest judges who determine which contestant is eliminated each week until the winner is announced.
