Cash in the Attic

With the help of an expert appraiser, a homeowner digs through their attic, basement and garage for those hidden gems and forgotten family heirlooms, which are then priced by the appraiser. If the homeowner decides to part with their newfound assets, the items are sold at auction and the cash raised helps pay for a home project or purchase.
