Premise: Minority and female race car drivers compete for a chance to join NASCAR's Revolution Racing team. The docu-series begins at NASCAR's Drive for Diversity program, which provides opportunities for women and minorities to break into the competitive side of America's most-watched form of motorsports. There, 30 drivers undergo on- and off-track evaluations until only four contestants remain, who then go head-to-head in a 50-lap race. The winner gets the opportunity to qualify for NASCAR's Toyota All-Star Showdown in Irwindale, Calif.
