Dastardly & Muttley in Their Flying Machines

Premise: Villainous Dick Dastardly and his snickering canine sidekick, Muttley, take their destructive antics from the roads to the skies in this spinoff of the cartoon ``Wacky Races.'' Their mission: stop the bugle-blowing Yankee Doodle Pigeon from delivering whatever urgent messages are contained in his satchel. Besides the title duo, the other misfit members of the high-flying Vulture Squadron include the cowardly Zilly and chief designer Klunk, whose many mechanical contraptions look impressive, but are never quite able to ``stop that pigeon.''
