Premise: Fitness trainer Jessie Pavelka and licensed psychotherapist Stacy Kaiser guide a new group of women through the weight-loss process. This time a group of five mothers works to improve their health over a period of 120 days. Jessie challenges the women to lose between 35 and 50 pounds and urges them to complete a triathlon at the close of their four-month effort.
