Premise: The music business is as competitive as ever, and getting that big break often comes down to being in the right place at the right time. The six up-and-coming artists on ``Discovered'' (formerly titled ``disBAND'') hope they are exactly where they need to be to get that proverbial foot in the door and turn a dream into the real thing. The series captures the artists' struggles and triumphs as they learn the nuances of the business, from landing gigs to securing record deals. They're helped along the way by musician, producer and artist Greig Nori, the former Treble Charger frontman who plays the part of mentor.
