Premise: This reality show gives hardworking people the chance to have celebrities perform their jobs for a day. In each episode, host Casey Clarke challenges two celebrities to go head-to-head as they try to do a blue-collar job, one that is tough and often grimy such as a mechanic. The person who normally holds the job is given the boss's position of power and assigns three grueling tasks, and with Casey acting as referee, the celebrities give it all they've got. The one who performs the best overall wins a cash prize for the charity of their choice as well as the title of ``Employee of the Week.''
