Show Summary

With help from a dedicated team of researchers, hosts Tim Green and Lisa Joyner assist people in locating long-lost loved ones. While Green meets with the people originating the search, Joyner contacts the newly found family members to alert them that a relative is searching for them. Each episode includes a follow-up with the reunited group.
