Frosty Returns

Premise: Frosty's visit to Beantown is marred by a new invention that instantly makes snow disappear. Frosty (voiced by John Goodman) tries to make the townsfolk understand the joys of winter, appearing at the town carnival to make his case. He does so well that he is named king of the carnival -- a title the inventor of the anti-snow spray had hoped to win himself.
