Premise: Johnathan Kayne Gillaspie finished in the top five in the third season of ``Project Runway,'' and now he's setting his sights even higher. ``Gown Crazy'' follows Gillaspie's dream of becoming the No. 1 pageant and prom gown designer in the U.S., but that task may be harder than fixing the health care system as Gillaspie, working out of the fashion hotbed of Norman, Okla., has only three full-time employees, an ill-fitting team of interns and a lot of sewing to do.
