Premise: Once a decorated police officer, Mike Olshansky is kicked off the force after he's caught taking money from a crime scene. To make ends meet, Mike begrudgingly embraces his new life as a Philadelphia cabbie and finds a way to use his police know-how to help those in need with the help of his ex-partner, Marcellus Washington, who often risks his own career to help Olshansky.
