Premise: Nearly eight years after the acclaimed documentary series ``Hopkins 24/7,'' ABC News cameras return to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore for a seven-part limited series (shot over four months) focusing on patients experiencing a variety of medical crises and young doctors trying to juggle their personal relationships with the constant stress of making life or death decisions at every turn. Each hourlong episode highlights a major medical case that is resolved by the end of the episode. Continuing storylines are also spread from one episode to the next.
