Premise: This reality series features host Carson Kressley giving women both internal and external makeovers, with a goal of helping them accept and embrace who they are, whatever their size or shape. Kressley counsels each woman on how to dress appropriately for her body type, choose the best garments and style her hair and makeup correctly. Each episode ends with a Hollywood-style photo shoot in which the women show off their new, more confident personal look.
