Premise: Popular comic and ``Deal or No Deal'' host Howie Mandel takes a camera crew to the streets to prank unsuspecting ``marks'' in a comedy series in the vein of ``Candid Camera.'' The twist with ``Howie Do It'' is that the cameras are out in the open, not hidden, but the participants think they are auditioning for a new TV show.
