With a little help from my friend Zach, who I caught up with on set in Atlanta, I'm going to educate you on all of the reasons Matt is awesome....
This certainly isn't your grandfather's news show. It takes traditional features of news programs as combines it with 21st-century technology to create a new type of newsmagazine. ABC News correspondents present news stories and features built around amateur video captured on cell phones, webcams, surveillance cameras and digital cameras and then uploaded to a companion website. The series also includes segments on videos currently getting heavy ``viral'' play on other websites. Veteran BC News correspondent Bill Weir hosts the next-generation newsmagazine.
