Premise: The infrastructure that helped America grow as a country -- including dams, bridges, tunnels and roadways -- was built to last but after decades of use, the infrastructure has not kept up with the times. That's where infrastructure safety inspector Timothy Galarnyk, who has more than 30 years of experience in the field, comes into play. In the show, Galarnyk visits locations across the U.S. with crumbling infrastructure, evaluates the structures, identifies dangers associated with them and gives his opinion on how to fix the issues. Whether it's underground sewers built during the Gold Rush or highways designed for 1925 traffic, Galarnyk tries to come up with a solution for the problem. But Galarnyk's not just a Debbie Downer; he also highlights positive projects in each area that he visits.
