Summary
A groundhog by the name of Pardon-Me-Pete (the voice of Buddy Hackett) shares the story of how Jack Frost fell in love with a mortal woman while spreading frost one winter. He asks Father Winter to make him human so he can win the girl. Father Winter agrees to let Jack try, but circumstances intervene, and Jack reverts to his sprite form.
