David Young, daytime television's first openly gay judge, offers a combination of justice, compassion and humor as he resolves the issues brought before him in his courtroom. Young is not afraid to firmly tell litigants to be quiet if they are getting on his nerves, and he often has humorous interactions with his bailiff, Tawya Young (no relation).
