Chef Ramsay heads to Cranbury, N.J., to help two friends who bought a French Bistro they used to work in; a disgusting discovery in a kitchen cooler forces Ramsay to shut the restaurant down on the busiest night of the year.
The owners of J. Willy's Bar and Grille are $1.2 million in debt and contact chef Gordon Ramsay in hope that he can help give them a fresh start; Gordon brings in fresh ingredients and teaches the inexperienced cooks how to make various dishes.
Chef Ramsay visits a restaurant that is going under due to imitation seafood and a lack of management; problems arise when the general manager seems more interested in socializing with clientele than keeping the restaurant in business.
