This entry in the venerable Dick Wolf-produced ``Law & Order'' franchise mixes things up by taking the show's tried-and-true formula out of New York and moving it to Los Angeles. Corey Stoll, Rachel Ticotin, Alana De La Garza, Alfred Molina and Terrence Howard star in the crime drama.
