Premise: At Los Angeles' busy international airport, there's a turf war brewing between Harley, the take-charge runway chief, and Roger, the terminal boss. Not only do they have a past, but they spend much of their present bickering. Meanwhile, considering that LAX is the fifth busiest airport in the world, there's always excitement.
