Premise: Actor and comedian Shaun Majumder returns to his hometown of Burlington, Nfld., a remote East Coast town that was once a logging and shipbuilding hub. With a plan to revive the town that has no hotels or restaurants, Majumder becomes inspired with a trip to Fogo Island. In an attempt to give back to his community, the actor plans to build $2.6 million, five-star lodge with its own food-supply system, guided tours, and dozens of activities. Majumder tries to restore his hometown to its glory days, with the help of his fiancee, big sister and best friend.
