Premise: Clark Edwards is a former professor and human behaviorist with a history of bipolar disorder; his brother, Ross, also has a history, as a scam artist. Their insight about the human condition is put to use when they create a unique agency committed to solving problems through psychological manipulation. Using scientific knowledge, the tricks of a con man, and a team of manipulators, the two brothers manage to tailor a plan for each problem situation -- offering clients nontraditional solutions to troublesome issues.
