Show Summary

Pauly Shore returns to the TV scene in this not-quite-reality series for TBS. Recently, Pauly's mother -- legendary comedy mentor Mitzi Shore -- turned over the keys to her world famous Comedy Store nightclub to her son, hoping he can revitalize the venue and make it relevant to stand-up once again. The show chronicles Pauly's attempts at renovating the club and bringing in fresh new comedy talent, as well as knocking on Hollywood's door as a (now somewhat serious) actor. A motley crew of assistants and friends help Pauly with these various tasks.
