Blessed with a gift she couldn't ignore -- she began seeing visions of missing people after being hit by lightning -- Jess Mastriani uses it as a special agent with the FBI. Her by-the-book nature sometimes clashes with the personality of her partner, Nicole Scott, a former undercover agent with a hard-charging, street-smart attitude. Along with evidence expert Antonio Cortez, they work out of the Washington, D.C., bureau run by Assistant Director John Pollock.
