Premise: Australian celebrity chef Pete Evans takes viewers on a culinary journey in which he engages in spontaneous cooking events with chefs and food artisans across the United States. In each episode, Evans challenges local chefs to create a multicourse feast while demonstrating farm-to-table cooking methods and discussing what ingredients inspire them. Culinary guest stars include Jacques Pépin, Marcus Samuelsson, Anito Lo, Larry and Marc Forgione and Jonathan Waxman. Recipes range from Atlantic hard clams to apple and cheese blintzes.
