Instead of putting Earl in long-term care, Randy decides to take care of Earl himself; Joy, Darnell and Randy work together to complete the next task on Earl's list.
While Earl remains in a coma, Joy and Randy decide to continue crossing items off Earl's list to help with his recovery; Earl's parents return from vacation and discover a duffel bag full of marijuana.
After waking from a coma, Earl sets out to find Billie, who may be his soul mate; Darnell and Joy have to move into the Crab Shack.
