Premise: Fans of the guilty pleasure reality soap ``Laguna Beach'' probably will be equally smitten with this new series, which moves up the coast to the town of Newport Beach (motto: ``Orange Countier Than Ever!''). The setting may have changed, but the basic premise is the same, as a new circle of young friends experience love and heartache on the kind of epic emotional scale that is only possible in high school.
