Genre: Crime Drama
Premise: Maria Bello stars as detective Jane Timoney in a drama based on the British series of the same name. Timoney has just transferred to a male-dominated New York City precinct where her status as an outsider and a woman have made it difficult to get respect despite being brilliant at her job. She is also held back by her questionable past and rude and reckless behavior. Alexandra Cunningham (``Desperate Housewives'') and Peter Berg (``Friday Night Lights'') adapted the series for American audiences and serve as executive producers.
