Premise: ``Raising House'' raises the roof on start-to-finish builds of dream homes. Each episode follows the meticulous process involved with the planning, constructing and designing of a custom home. Cameras capture the ``vision'' -- the architect and builder coming up with a floor plan and outlining the home's unique features; the groundbreaking -- the construction team works around unforeseen obstacles and attempts to stay on schedule; and the interior design -- everything from floors to doors, and kitchen cabinets to window treatments. After finishing touches, the dream home is revealed.
