Premise: Chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall works with self-proclaimed junk-food addicts to change their eating habits and try to get them eating healthier fare. They come to his country cottage, where he re-introduces them to the origins of the foods they eat. He shows fried-chicken junkies the horrors of a poultry farm and introduces them to free-range chicken, and tries to convince people who rely only on frozen dinners to cook their meals from scratch. With recipes like lobster thermidor, warm pigeon breast salad, chicken Kiev and venison burgers, will they try it Hugh's way or go back to their unhealthy habits?
