Led by award-winning sand sculptor Rusty Croft and his longtime friend-turned-business partner, Kirk Rademaker, the artists collaborate on how best to satisfy the wildly ambitious demands of their clients, and then hope the weather cooperates as they carve away the grains -- often more than once, as collapses are common -- into breathtaking forms of art.
