``Scott Baio Is 45 ... and Single'' ended with the commitment-phobic former ``Happy Days'' child star completing a relationship boot camp and taking a big leap of faith by proposing to his girlfriend, Renee. Renee had a surprise of her own: She already was expecting Baio's first child. The second season follows Baio as he tries to cope with all the changes swirling around him: an impending marriage, fatherhood and becoming an instant stepdad to Renee's 18-year-old daughter from a former union.
Tonight we got to witness the season finale of Scott Baio is 46... and Pregnant. The season, to this point, was something of a disappointment. It featured some big highs, but, unlike last season, we knew exactly where everything was headed this year.
At the end of the last episode of Scott Baio is 46... and Pregnant, Scott decided that he wanted to be at home with his little girl, Bailey, and his fiancée Renee, that he liked his life.
At this point I can't quite decide whether the formula of Scott Baio is 46... and Pregnant is comforting or distressing. I know that it's, purportedly, a reality show, but the plot points that every single episode follows seem so formulaic.
So, in the end, they didn't change the name of Scott Baio is 46... and Pregnant to something more appropriate despite the fact that Scott's fiancée is no longer pregnant and Scott never was.
So, if the show is named Scott Baio is 46... and Pregnant and he has the baby in the middle of the season, do they have to change name?
This week at the start of Scott Baio is 46... and Pregnant, Scott and Renee got one of the weird and somewhat freaky 3D ultrasound renderings of their as yet unborn child.
