Premise: The Carpio kids are alive and well, and soon the four boys and two girls will be talking -- in two languages. America's first Latino sextuplets, born weighing less than 2 pounds each and given little chance for survival, are now six active toddlers who create lots of stress and even more joy for mom Digna and dad Victor. This series follows the Carpios' daily routine -- Digna and Victor also have an energetic 9-year-old son -- as they face the challenges of raising a large family in their modest Queens, N.Y., home.
