Premise of 'So You Think You Can Dance'

The hit reality competition series returns for a third season with Mary Murphy joining producer Nigel Lythgoe on the judging panel and the cash prize at stake boosted from $100,000 to $250,000. After extensive regional auditions, the top 20 contenders are sent to Hollywood for rehearsals and the painful but inevitable weekly elimination rounds. During the two-hour season finale, Neil Haskell, Danny Tidwell and Sabra Johnson emerge as the three finalists. Once America's votes are tabulated, Johnson -- a former design student who only began dance classes four years ago -- is declared the winner, with Tidwell the runner-up.
