Genre: Reality, Documentary, Auto Racing
Premise: Street racing in the U.S. is the subject of this docu-reality series, which purportedly provides an inside look into the action both on the road and behind the scenes. (Although, because the racing is illegal, why would participants want to be filmed?) In Oklahoma City, for example, racers boast having the fastest street cars in the country, and the racing, they say, comes first -- before family, before friends and before work. From a 1969 Chevy Nova to a race-ready farm truck, the vehicles -- and their drivers -- come in all shapes and sizes and have one thing in common: the need for speed.
Daddy Dave pulls Henson's Plan B from the one spot and starts from 10 in his own car; Farmtruck and AZN face off; Doc and Shawn prep to race; Chief gets ready for his long march up the list.
Going under the hood to find out what makes the cars fast; Farmtruck and AZN struggle to fix the Dung Beetle for fishing and set up some races to get out of paying for some tuning.
