Host Jeff Probst welcomes a diverse group of 16 contestants to the south central province of Jiang Xi in mainland China, where they will undergo a series of mental, physical and psychological challenges in a bid to win a $1 million prize and the title of ultimate Survivor in this, the 15th edition of the hit reality series.
It's been a few seasons since I entered a Survivor finale with so little investment in who would take the million dollar prize. Todd? Amanda? Courtney? Denise? Who won the Survivor China crown?
The end is drawing near for Survivor: China. Only Thursday's (Dec. 13) episode and the Sunday finale remain. If you aren't excited now, you're probably every bit as sleepy as I am.
Last week's episode of Survivor: China may have been the season's most exciting to date, with the demise of the game's former power player. Could Thursday's (Dec. 6) episode complete? No, not really.
It seems like years ago that the last new episode of Survivor: China ended with Jeff Probst telling the post-Tribal Council contestants that their work wasn't done. Remember that? I sure didn't.
Sure, Jean-Robert was eliminated from Survivor: China last week, but on Thursday (Nov. 15) would love be in the cards for two contestants who combine to weight less than the poker bad boy?
On Survivor, even if you aren't rooting for anybody, it's sometimes enough to have the people who don't like plotting reversals and reversals of reversals. Thursday (Nov. 8) night's Survivor: China certainly kept things confusing until the last second.
