Whoopi Goldberg hosts as the Great White Way's best and brightest assemble at Radio City Music Hall to honor the oustanding productions and performances from the 2007-08 Broadway season. The most anticipated new musicals, ``Young Frankenstein'' and ``The Little Mermaid,'' drew mixed to negative reviews and were shut out of most major categories, but two other movie adaptations, ``Xanadu'' and ``Cry-Baby'' are vying for best musical with original works ``In the Heights'' and ``Passing Strange.'' In the best new play category is Tracy Letts' blistering ``August: Osage County,'' which already has won the Pulitzer Prize.
