Premise: This new reality series takes viewers behind the scenes of the grueling and psychologically demanding 18-week course all recruits of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department must complete. In addition to being physically demanding, the training process is so stressful that many recruits don't make it through. Even the ones who fail, however, walk away from the experience with their lives changed.
