Premise: Jason Sobocinski knows about cheese as the owner of an award-winning restaurant and cheese shop in New Haven, Conn. He shares his knowledge of the dairy product with viewers on ``The Big Cheese,'' a show that features Sobocinski traveling the country to visit some of the top cheesemakers in America. But what would a cooking show be without recipes? To that end, the restaurateur is joined by celebrated chefs to cook with local cheeses. Whether it's to make macaroni and cheese or a grilled cheese sandwich, Sobocinski and his guests use a number of the more than 350 cheeses that are produced in the United States.
