Premise: Nationally known brands test the theory that ``the customer is always right'' in the reality series that invites customer feedback on the brands in an attempt to improve their bottom lines. In what is being described as an unprecedented experiment, each episode features two unsuspecting customers who get the opportunity to spend a week within a company to work alongside the company's executives to make changes aimed at improving its business model. After the consumers' ideas are put in place, they are judged by a focus group. If the focus group gives the changes a thumbs-up, the participants each win a $10,000 prize and are able to boast that, at least in their case, the customer is right.
