Premise: As far as reality shows go, a British savior helping struggling families in the U.S. seems to be a popular idea. Nanny Jo Frost has restored order in homes with out-of-control kids, and now ``The Fairy Jobmother,'' Hayley Taylor, brings relief to families struggling with unemployment. Each episode follows Taylor, a former hairdresser turned career specialist, as she implements her tough-love tactics to motivate a family member or members to get back to work. Taylor assesses every area of a family's life, helps them confront the harsh realities of why they are unemployed, and gets them back on the road to financial and emotional recovery.
