Premise: The fix is in for hapless homeowners who think they're getting a free TV makeover, only to have contractors Jay Purvis and Neil Davies construct an absurd renovation, heavy on crapmanship, and reveal it with straight faces. Once the punch line is delivered, Jay and Neil get to work on creating the space the homeowners were hoping for, and all is forgiven -- we think.
