The first eight episodes of the second season feature Brock, executive chef of McCrady's and Husk, who is dedicated to preserving the integrity of traditional Southern food ways. April Bloomfield, executive chef and co-owner of The Spotted Pig, hosts the second half of season two, taking viewers on culinary adventures from the Pacific Northwest to England.
