Ten chefs must make a sandwich that best represents their personality in thirty minutes; the secret ingredient is bread; chefs cook with one ingredient they chose if they were stranded on an island.
The remaining 8 chefs have thirty minutes to turn pickles into a snack for a field trip; Chairmens's challenge is to cook two fish dishes from what they caught.
